Steps to Take

If you have credit cards – make sure you know which are charging the highest interest and pay those off first.
Find out who offers the cheapest gas and electricity in your area and use them. Vote with your feet and ditch the expensive utility providers if you can.
Cut down on the use of your phone.
Before you shop, make a list and stop the impulse buys which usually mean you pay more than you should and buy things you don’t realy need.
Look at the insurance you carry, not just car insurance but life insurance as well. Choose the insurance that offers best value for money.
